Tiger Woods 11 ps3 to be released June 8, 2010!
The Tiger Woods PGA Tour Series 2011 goes by many names when people are searching for it online; you, apparently, have found it by searching for Tiger Woods 11 ps3 so for now, that is what we are going to call it from here on in to make it easier for you!
We must say right away, however, that no matter what you call it this years version of Tiger Woods 11 ps3 being released on June 8th , has some great improvements to what already was a slice of golf gaming heaven.
Unusual as it is for most videogames, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 iterations of the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Series takes a backseat to the Wii release. But the good news is that EA Sports continues to add some great new features to the high definition versions of the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 with each new yearly release. And I definitely have to say that the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 version has the best new additions of any year to date.
The Ryder Cup and 12 versus 12 online play will be included in the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 release. I was lucky enough to get a chance to take this baby for a test drive (sorry, don’t be jealous, you will get your turn) and recreating the intensity and competitive feeling of the Ryder Cup was really cool. However, it was some of the subtle, non-hyped new features of the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 release that have me even more excited.
As most people already know, Tiger and Rory McIlroy are sharing the cover. Rory, from Ireland, is a 21 year old up and coming “phenom” who just recently won his first tournament on the PGA tour (excellent timing for EA Sports as the cover was done, obviously, way in advance). EA Sports is banking on Rory continuing his meteoric rise in golf and adding some real zip to the International interest in the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 video game.
Even if Rory doesn’t complete the trick, they have added some great international courses (such as the Celtic Manor resort – the site of this year’s Ryder Cup). All of the elements of the Ryder Cup competition type matches have been added, and you will be able to play with or against each team (Euro or American).
A cool feature that adds some new strategy is you that you will be able to switch between matches during play. So, if any player is building a comfortable lead against their opponent, you can switch them (particularly Tiger I would assume!) to another match to try and improve the outcome.
None of the button functions have been changed, so you can leap right in and get going. The graphics in the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 have been improved in some subtle ways that I really like. Wind now gusts or just blows lightly, and they have incorporated its effect with moving clouds and even movements of the player’s clothes! Grass looks more real as well but the player models look the same. Overall, the graphics changes are really excellent because they improve the game while keeping the familiarity of what we all love about it.
Although EA Sports would not confirm it for some reason, it appears that in the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 version you will be able to progress through 100 levels of play.
At this point, the release date of June 8, 2010 for the Tiger Woods 11 ps3 version looks solid.

Oops, my bad. The release date is this June! Sorry about that. I guess I had 2011 on my brain because the year date for this version is "2011" but it is definitely being released in 2010 on June 8th!
EA Sports is very secretive about providing all of the contents and features of the Tiger Woods 11 ps3, xbox, and wii versions of the game prior to release. They divulge what they want to, and it is usually just enough to get people excited but still anticipating and then jumping on the actual release so they can get the rest of the information and see it for themselves.
The Celtic Manor in Wales is definitely confirmed as a new course (they had to after all because it is the site of the 2010 Ryder Cup) and it also appears that TPC Scottsdale and Whistling Straits will be included. Because they are trying to add an international component to the game via the Ryder Cup and the Celtic Manor, you would think they will have added additional International courses.
But we will just have to wait a little under a month to find out!

Can't wait to play it. Is it out this June or 13 months from now? Do you have a full list of courses in the game? It would be great if we could design our own courses on it. Thanks for the info.
